I don't think that is what he meant and I see your point. That is a serious commitment and deserves all the bennies and respect that should come with it. But to make it simple, a guy that does his 2 or 3 year term in a "no combat zone" and/or served a role primarily as more of a rear echelon support (beans and bullets supply). But still manages to "suffer" from "mental anguish" or some type of chronic mild injury because he fell down somehow shouldn't be clogging the system with those who really need some real support. But, like most government run programs........screwed.

They won't be, but.....and I don't say this much, thanks to our over aggressive and growing liberal thinking society, the parents will be publicly ostracized, as well as the zoo. And both should be. Liberals aren't all bad.

You and I have it a tad worse then. I fried my entire electrical putting my sled back together (no idea how) so that put me behind on a low snow winter. Then had a bad crash the first time out, then after it was all back together, re-injured a broken hand pretty severely on a wild romp. Game over. Maybe 150 miles. JEEEEEZ!!!!

I gotta say...I'm officially "smoked out" after this weekend's little soirée. Think we're gonna do some good ol' fashioned grilling today. Some nice strips, some burgers and a few brats. Whew...I must have 10 pounds of smoked meat in my intestines. Gross!

Well, I'm sorta "in between" careers. Or, "semi-retired" depending on my mood. I ducked out of the business world about five years ago now. Moved my family back up North and have been building my own house and taking on some general contracting work which I enjoy doing for the right people. Not sure if I'll stay this route or get back into business when I decide to grow up...that may be a while though.

I've had a few of those...hard to keep your mouth shut. Especially when it seems like they just keep baiting you for validation..which is what is needed for believing in absolute nonsense. Last one I had was last summer...it was a religious deal. And to pun it correctly, "Jesus fucking Christ with this guy!" Haven't been back since. Weirdo.

I think both sides have a "you're just a fucking idiot if you don't think like me" attitude. No substance, reasoning, intelligence or base in facts for why they are so convinced of their own conclusions. And that can be said about A LOT of group thinking mentality out there.
