  1. The law of the hammer. The law of the hammer, also known as Maslow's hammer, the golden hammer, or the law of instrument, is a cognitive bias that describes the tendency to over-rely on a familiar tool or skill. It's based on a quote by psychologist Abraham Maslow from his 1966 book The Psychology of Science: “If the only tool you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail”.
  2. I remember the same being said about Gore supporters. The guy that would not have taken us into Iraq.
  3. It doesn’t really matter to me. Those that get caught up in these price squeezes are the lower income folks. Inflation hasn’t affected me. My investments have had double digit growth rates over the last 4 years even when adjusted for inflation. I’d say that’s true for anyone with no or low debt and healthy backlog of investments.
  4. It must also be said that the same voters championing Trump did the same with Bush/Cheney.
  5. Trump Leaves himself wide open for these attacks. He’s a horseshit, sloppy communicator. Another reason why he’s a poor choice for president. It’s as though he doesn’t even try.
  6. Trump was trying to say that people like Liz Cheney have no problem sending men to war while she sits with her Daddy in a swank Jackson Hole home eating BBQ brisket. Granted, he could’ve said it better, but he has very poor communication skills. Like horse shit communication skills.
  7. Did Tucker see demons dancing around the room?
  8. Are you taking into consideration China using the supply chain of crucial raw and manufactured materials as retaliation to tariffs? That has the potential to drive prices higher than tariffs.
  9. Kid rock isn’t music.
  10. Boomers are gonna get premium care compared to GenXers. You’ll be stabbed with forks by transgender GenZers.
  11. Average amount of time in a nursing home is 5 months before you’re dead. That time goes fast.
  12. It’s obvious that no one gives two shits about abortion. I’ve been saying that all along.
  13. Doesn’t get anymore weird. I’m sure Shawn Ryan will interview him again after this. Trumpers get weirder by the day. https://www.mediaite.com/news/tucker-carlson-says-he-woke-up-bleeding-in-his-bed-after-demon-attack-that-left-claw-mark-scars/
  14. Amazing achievement for a 2nd world nation to hijack, with high tech strategies, one of the most advanced weapons of a nation that spends $1 trillion on defense.
  15. I’m out of it. Choosing to be an observer and commenter on the absurd nature of it all. I’ve never been more convinced that humans will annihilate one another.
  16. Of course. IMO every politician is a personality disorder. Only a person with iron plating can endure the pressure of the media. From Clinton to Trump, they’re all the same. They all relish in the creation of divisions. It provides an enemy to slay and play victim to, and loyal followers that blindly walk wherever they tell them too. It’s a weird and twisted deal.
  17. Trump’s has a fairly equal amount of people protecting and defending him as he does people denigrating him. He’s a divider. He relishes in that.
  18. this all started when you felt compelled to protect and defend Trump.
  19. When it comes to personality disorders theres only three types. Within those types there’s three to five subtypes depending on the category. Personality disorders are for the most part untreatable. They can complicate the treatment of primary conditions, so from that perspective it’s important to know the symptoms.
  20. Sorry to break it to you, but human personality isn’t complex.
  21. Any first year residency mope can identify a cluster B by how they sit in a chair.
