  1. Can't be the snow division. Someone on here claimed last year's Catalyst production was sold out. Think they even said this year's snow checks went well. Maybe this applies to the Yamaha sled builders
  2. The last 2 seasons in Ontario have not been good. Likely why there are so many left overs kicking around
  3. I'm surprised the number is not worse given the lousy snow season, high interest rates and questionable quality over the past couple of seasons. Couple that with a receding economy in Canada.
  4. Was there a first day ? Here in Ontario there are still 300 km of trails open. From my door it is 1200 km. Have had my docks in the water for 2 weeks now. Earliest ever
  5. It's to late they already have leftovers, they are being reactive. And good for them reacting in a responsible way. Poo needs to do the same thing
  6. 8 or 9 months ago I watched the CEO of BRP being interviewed on BNN. He was pounding his chest with glee as he stated all was good with sled production and sales. Said the clientele is on the higher end of the food chain and a slowdown would affect them minimally. I LMAO as weeks prior their were non current sleds sitting in the local dealer's yard. And even more after this winter. They also have non current Sea Doos. Times have changed
  7. The resident expert said all sold out. To lazy to look for the post. No doubt reality says otherwise.
  8. I don't even look at this shit anymore. I ride Polaris Sled/ATV and expect this stuff now. All part of owning the product. My dealer takes care of it when I bring the sled in in the Fall Have a similar recall on my 2023 Tundra that I have had since Nov 2022. Still waiting for a permanent fix. Still not burnt to the ground
  9. According to the Cat resident expert the Catalyst production was sold out within days of the Spring check program. These sleds showing as non current must be a mistake
  10. I would like to see Cat develop a dog deflector for their 25's. Just in case any of these new Cat sleds make their way to Alaska.
  11. For those who are tired of how a post goes sideways they can always move on, but I see you have gang piled on the defender's side, just an observation.
  12. Based on the past couple of seasons this would be a good reason to switch the coolant
  13. Will it help with cooling, if so I know a special Cat supporter who will buy in.
  14. At 325 miles this year they could warranty me for 15 years and probably still be safe
  15. That's what I'm thinkin. Gives it one more year for improvements and hopefully they slap the 4 year warranty on it
  16. I would not want to own any brand outside of warranty, have one year left on my current ride. What to do for 2026
  17. You just have to pick the sled with the lightest color, every ounce counts
  18. One bump and the F7 is pointing skywards. Same comment could be made for the Catalyst 858, a 2000 ish XCR 800 would decimate it. Jus sayin
  19. $ 27,500 for the one I priced (128) at my Ontario dealer plus 13% tax. That's MSRP. Needless to stay sticking with the 22 for another year
  20. I'd make the sleds all the same colors as some colors may be heavier than others
  21. Didn't say which sled the fellow was riding. Wonder if it was a 25 Poo Proto with the dog deflector option. Read an article the mushers are doing a good job killing these dogs themselves. So much so that PETA is getting involved. Leads me to believe that the dogs are to worn out to stay in their own lane
  22. And even more weight now to handle the dog deflector option. Some of the Cat guys used to say the lighter sleds (Doo and Poo) would fold like tin cans, apparently not the Cats though. Now light weight is the best thing since sliced bread. And I agree by the way
  23. Can you post the comment I made about climate change being fake, I don't recall saying that. Saw an article about dogs dying in the Iditarod Race. No mention of any Poo sleds on the track. You hunting them for food
