  1. I'm sure with some guidance you'll be able to accomplish it. 👍
  2. I see they matched the sleds to the applicants ability in your case
  3. I'd be on the fence just because of some of the tracks that I've changed for guys. Look close at the track. Is there any lugs that have the tops ripped or any lugs torn off. Look at the lugs were the blend into the main belt of the track. Is there any cracks in the rubber of the radius where it blends into the track. Also look at the clips. If they're getting flat where they ride on the slides they could be getting thin where they will start to open up and loosening up on the track and start to wear on the bar. If you do stud it only stud the center belt. Keep in mind the time and money you'll have invested.
  4. What do you do in the afternoon and evening? Nap time?
  5. Sounds like the 2nd act for Textron. Our local Ski-Doo/Arctic cat dealer snow checked over 200 Ski-Doo's and counting and only 10 Arctic Cats as of yesterday.
  6. Was talking to my dealer about the "limited supply" last night and he said in his case he has snow checked the allotment of sleds he's signed up for but is working with the district manager to get more sleds. Some dealers are selling their allotment and closing off their snow check sales. The district manager said they are starting to get tight on some models but should be able to get more sleds without effecting his floor plan stock.
  7. 1984 muscle sleds and how they stack up with each other
  8. Have tunnel protectors ordered for my XCR also 👍
  9. In 1982 the 4 manufactures were asked "Does snowmobile drag racing have as much appeal to the manufactures as it seems to have for the competitors". Looking back 39 years the answers are interesting. The 4 manufactures in 1982 were Polaris, Yamaha, Ski-Doo and John Deere. Notice anybody missing?
  10. 2019 Axys run without tunnel protectors no problems.
  11. Only stud the center belt and you don't need tunnel protectors on the Axys.
  12. If your're going to stud your sleds you WILL need tunnel protectors if you use studs. The Matryx has flat heat exchangers so it not like the Axys. Tell your dealer NOT to install the snow flap. It makes installing the tunnel protectors and studs much more easier.
  13. Our accountant is coming over Sunday and if I give him a bloodymary its then entertainment and a write off. It does look like a good time though.
  14. Dam. We have commitments tomorrow and can't go as planned. We'll have a good time but it looks like the weather cooperated and the crew did a great job on the track. Have a good time 👍
  15. I have used every Golden ticket that I have received from Polaris. It has always been a nice gesture from Polaris to buying and staying on their brand. If a golden ticket was offered would it have effected your decision on buying a new sled or staying on a Polaris? I bought a new sled and if a golden ticket was offered would have also bought a 650 for my wife.
  16. Can't tell what shocks it has but I'm sure they're not for the average consumer. Is it parked in a Culver's parking lot after crashing over the railroad tracks
  17. The Warning family rotates some of their collection in and out of the Hall of Fame museum in St Germain. Was at their warehouse where they have most of the sleds. Unbelievable what is there. Could have spent a couple days looking at the stuff and hearing the stories about finding some of the sleds.
  18. Didn't you get banned from MN oh wait that was another place
  19. Hmm Who was playing with the new Arctic Cat map feature.
  20. Have to give them A for effort and it looks like the weather is going to help. I know when I helped with the Military ride a couple years ago the new track owners and staff were great to work with and helped any way they could. 👍
  21. Whops forget I was talking to the guy that wears crocs and his pit coat. Carry on 👍
