Government is so fucked up. The solution is very simple, if you want to ban people on the no fly list from owning guns then make the no fly list REQUIRE that a Judge approve the person being added to the list. Until then, people in the know are going to be opposed to removing the 2nd Amendment rights of people who have not been given due process.

I had a cute little officer jump up onto my running board and stick her head in my window and ask me "How much have you had to drink tonight?", trying to see if she could smell any booze on me of course. The arrogance of the question was a bit off-putting. How about "Have you had anything to drink tonight?"
