  1. I don't think 1 bad snow year will have a huge impact on the manufacturer's, but if we don't get good snow next year it's going to get ugly really quick. This is the 1st time in 40yrs of riding in bayfield co that i can remember the trails not opening. The last few years we had epic snow so hopefully this year was justvan anomaly
  2. Jimbos gonna have a busy week testing to help the guys find a few more mph
  3. Looks horrible for the catalyst, maybe herf and jimbo need to get together and find the right gearing
  4. Do they run atvs on the red top trails in winter or is it sled only?
  5. They're always active in mn wi and mi. There's 10s of thousands of miles of logging roads between the 3 States that are legal to drive cars and a t v s and sleds on
  6. I thought he was the stop sign holder at the hot dog stand.
  7. I was hoping our resident engineer/ race promotor/troubleshooter/cat expert/sign holder would fill us in
  8. I see alot of the atv ditch banging going on in mn. Hardly ever in wi or mi. Does mn let them ride on the co rds? I know up in finland/ grand Marais area there's alot of logging roads that say no atv on them which i found odd
  9. Hey jimmy, How many catalyst's made the top 10 in the stock class today?
  10. I don't see them any worse than idiots on sleds. Up here you can ride on trails between 5 or 6 counties. Seems to work out fine, actually see more atvs up here now than sleds. The tough part would be getting the word out on when the can and can't ride in the winter.
  11. I guess it depends on the area. Here the trails are mostly atv trails all summer and there's very little swampy areas.
  12. Up here the groomer operators make the call wether the trails are open or closed. Early this year we had rideable snow and trails were groomed but the operators said to keep them closed to save the base. They saved it right up untill it all melted. Now for most of the winter the atvs have been out, if done right it's a win for everyone
  13. Clubs could do it no problem. If there's low snow to start the year or at the end of the year why not? Seems to work fine where I'm from
  14. Bring the rzr up to bayfield co. Tons of trails and logging rds to ride. They're still open untill Apr 1, then I'm sure they'll close them for ice out even though there's no snow or ice because the county and forest service are cunts like that
  15. They probly didn't get the super secret gearing jimbo was talking about
  16. I 100% agree. Only thing I would change is, if the sled trails have enough snow to groom then the atvs should stay off. If the landowners are ok with atvs ot should be allowed.up here in bayfield co I'd guess 75% of our sled trails are on public land and used in summer by atvs also, i see no reason not to allow atv in low snow conditions. Down in the polk, Barron, dunn co areas there's a trail system on private land and road routes for summer atv use and it seems to work well, not all landowners are against atv use
  17. Exactly! I refuse to deliver to California, Illinois and new york and have more business than i want.
  18. Interwebs say it's mostly an East and SE issue but my att is down here in wi.
  19. Cool! Where can i go to buy some? Marketplace? Ebay? Etsy?
  20. Naw, left the hubs locked in and just sent it.
