Cognitive empathy is what cluster B personality types with accompanying psychopathy exhibit. Naturally warm and nurturing individuals posses affective empathy. The difference being those with psychopathy lack the necessary mirroring neurons. Their brains are abnormal. So they will adapt cognitive forms of empathy. They can get pretty good at guess how a person feels based on observation. So good that they’ll use it to manipulate the situation and subsequent behavior of another person. Who’s more dangerous?
