mnstang Posted August 18, 2023 Author Share Posted August 18, 2023 Here is a post on a vintage sled site. I wonder if they were an accessory catalog ski for the aws1 and 3 sleds. These metal saddles are 3 3/4" wide which is the width of these old spindles on the early 90's cats. The industry standard for ski saddle width is 3" so it makes putting plastic skis on these require some modification. But I have heard that cat did have some plastic skis that fit the wide spindles, I wonder if these were them. The loops look cat-like?
