If this were true hiw do justices have different interpretations? Many cases of courts and justices having different options. It is indeed a fact that the pa constitution said you must vote in person. It is also a fact that justices should not interpret law they should apply the law as written. The fact that the PA house voted for an unconstitutional law doesn't make it any more valid. Happens all the time dipshit.

In office for 4 years and he is the problem.....I don't think so. So faithless electors in 2016 had nothing to do with Hillary, yet you evoked her name? Thanks. 1 hour ago, SkisNH said: Most we dismissed for standing without even hearing the merits of the case....in PA do you believe the mail in ballots should have been allowed even though the state constitution says otherwise? Again, you were the one who wanted to read it as written. Besides, it does specifically state illness and religion which I’ve heard many here argue Covid is both so you’re kind of bested here, argumentatively. If they wanted to ammend the constitution they could have...they chose not to, leaving ambiguity which was the basis of the challenge. Same as the 2nd ammendment...don't like it change the constitution, it's been done 27 times. But stop passing laws that are at the whim of 5-9 people to decide. That isn't their roll. You likely believe that abortion was codified in the US constitution.....as opposed to being made up out of thin air.
