One would assume in the country that holds the reserves.

In one example of such a legal case involving central bank reserves, the UK supreme court ruled in December against a Venezuelan appeal to allow access to almost $2bn of gold it held at the Bank of England.

They can try.   Filing a lawsuit means nothing.  I wasn't claiming they would be successful.

The international communities will simply keep that money for Ukrainian reparations. It’s only fair considering how much money the US pumped into Afghanistan and Iraq to rebuild. They broke it. They fix it. American companies get all the contracts too.

Well you would like to think that would be best but history hasn't played out that way.  Russia will just hold a grudge and come back after more down the road but fuck them.   They should pay.

And america gets the contracts. Or at least reimbursed for weapons and delivery fees. I say all three. Afterall, that’ll only be a small percentage of the $700 billion
