they very well could I just really hope some laws are put in place to prevent all the BS executive action nonsense and reversal of mob rules laws the dems put in place with Obamas full support .

we really need to just wipe about 100 yrs of laws off the books and get back to strict constitutionalism governing . no more interpretation of a living breathing document crap

But what about the popular vote.  LOL  You know, those 2.8 million Californians that voted for Hillary. 

There's one number you will almost never hear: More than 1,030 seats.

That's the number of spots in state legislatures, governor's mansions and Congress lost by Democrats during Obama's presidency.

 

You don't lose these seats if the policies you enact actually work.
