First he's overly pessimistic, then he gets more optimistic, then Trumps bullying his opinion, then he goes silent, then he's optimistic on a vaccine but can't trust Trumps dates, then Trump loses, finally he can speak his mind again, Joe's gonna follow the science, we're on plan, Joe says we're starting from scratch, No we're on plan, we're distributing vaccine, Harris says shut your science mouth, no no we're not on plan and didn't have a good one anyway.
