And that's even with a bunch of delays out of DHam on the Caddy Omaga platform too! As soon as gas goes back up to $4 a gallon maybe GM will start selling more cars again.

as pointed out fords had to do cuts to maintain inventory levels as well.  Car business is fickle,  8 years ago world was ending they were going to have to pump out cars because no one was gong to buy SUV's now no one wants cars.

All you have to do is look at the price of a new vehicle and realize why they are sitting on inventory.  Wait, But the economy is booming!!!!!

Yup , a pickup truck should not cost 50 thousand.

well that's what happens when pickups become luxury vehicles not work vehicles.  Same with small cars,  25 years ago small car maybe had power windows locks and a cassette deck,  now it's Bluetooth, big screen,  backup camera,  power everything.
