Trump sends them weapons straight up. Clinton and Biden were both on the take from Russia so I doubt they would change Obama's policy. Again I think there is some selective memory when it comes to the Wikileak e-mails, Podesta was trying to come up with a plan to cover up Hillary's Russia problem not exploit Trump's problems with Russia.
