Harsh penalties for them when they commit crimes and removing the culture of protect each other at all cost needs to be the change not just removing them from the cities and letting the animals run wild. When is the last time you turned on the news and seen an older black persons opinion on the crime happening in their neighborhood. Some want it both ways. Swift harsh justice when their loved one is the victim and complete clemency when they are the perpetrator. It can never work that way.
