But, the schools are some of the best and crime is almost nothing. average sales price where I am sitting is $660k, there is a handful of towns inland in the county that might get into the 3's but anything coastal is 4-600k. And I still think that the number was prob too high to give out the money. Just got a contract on my desk 1600 sf 60's range, 509k. it's fucking nuts, the place isn't even fully rehab'd- kitchen/bath is prob 90's renovated.
