AKIQPilot Posted March 29, 2020 Share Posted March 29, 2020 Helping my neighbor do a brake job on his RV. In 2018 he paid a shop in Cali to do a brake job and repack all the hubs. These are 8k Kodiak axles under a 2012 Grand Design by Mobile Suites. This is a very high end 5th wheel rv. Merrit knew something wasnt right when he pulled in here back in November. He is headed home around April 15 and decided to take a look. Well the shop screwed him. They put cheap oriley brake pads on it instead of the factory ceramic pads. They did not pack the wheel bearings. They cross threaded 2 lug nuts putting it back together. We have one side done and are about to start the second side.
