Delgaty Posted June 9, 2016 Share Posted June 9, 2016 Things levelling off here which is bittersweet. It's great for buyers, first time and those who are trading up. But I don't know if I could make all they money I've put into my place back. Plus trying to rent it is going to be tough, doubt I could cover the mortgage, property tax, and house insurance for what I could charge monthly.
