Pure genius. It's called the Holley Shootout. Every year they have the shootout at a new location of KOH. All are within 1/2 a mile of Hammertown. All have great spectator viewing. This is the 2017 Shootout. This is in a canyon called Back Door. This was my second KOH. I was sitting right about where the cameraman was filming. Watch it for a couple of minutes. I can’t remember all of the rules with him helping winch. If they are still in the race,they can just use his rig as a anchor point. Injuries he can help. Out of the race,he can get them off the coarse. It’s a lot of work and you have to be in good shape to get over all of the big rocks. I think he has a hard time getting helpers,because of a few things. Zero pay, you are out there for 12 hours plus,can’t party, and lots of hiking. The only food you have,is what you bring. Gonna meet up with the Team AK boys, watch some bad ass off road racing and party.
