As there is no way to move the needed dino resources between Iggy - Mac City , as the railroad tracks and ferry are long gone , trucking it would be in the hundreds per day across the bridge, plus where to off load it , can't ship it in American waters by boat, sadly when it is all said in done with the politics / shut it down + off people , the tunnel will be built . One crew member admitted he did not check the anchor even tho he told his superiors he did. Whoever is on watch is supposed to check for that.
