I remember a Snow X race up at Wasaga beach. The winter of 79 Kawasaki was there with a fleet of sled. They were giving sleds to a lot of riders to flood the classes..... They were fast but I have never seen so many guys .... Fall off..bail out...or just plain ejected from a sled in my life..... The late Danny Lee won the one class on a 500 Centurian...

He held a few summer water races at his place early 80's. Was a good event lots of spectators and sleds. He ran a 440 in the 340 class. The tech guys worked for him....... Nothing like stacking the deck....

But the book said 2 turns out??? Gone are the days when the mechanics repaired / maintained sleds based on their vast experience of what worked the best. Need to always remember the service manual is just a guideline......

Very close to the rib. Possibly a mistake hard to put a backing plate that close.

The Arctic cat chassis with the yamaha turbo... In which ever color combo you like....... Is a top end monster. I doubtful it can really shine in the trails. A lighter less hp sled with the same chassis will handle far better. It's is and always will be a very small market for the " King of the Lake " crown. Someone will just out $$$$ you a your in second place. I'm not sure who Arctic cat is really trying to compete with.
