  1. I wonder if cat is in the final stages of being sold off? It makes zero sense to release the sleds and then say we aren’t taking orders for a month.
  2. But Yamaha has to be nice and cough up some 7000 engines.
  3. Still can’t buy them. Which is a load of crap. Something else is going on behind the scenes over there.

  5. I am watching. 3k a month loans offering way over asking price was cool. 4 dollar gas bank rumps them lol. I probably buy more gas in a month than most people do in a year
  6. You keep saying this. Electrics are going to be normal sooner than later. They aren’t going away. Keep your blinders on
  7. If Textron were to play nice in the sand box they would own the Electric sled market and put tiga out of business before they got off the ground. Tiaga claims 617 pounds 180hp on the the performance model
  8. He has a good picture of our asses
  9. Had dinner with Logan Christian and his team. The pake’s were there as well. All finish tried to join but Buffalo Wild Wings locked them out.
  10. Did you confirm if cat has the can koosie hang out again this year?
  11. That north loop thing was the stupidest waste of money. Their upper management had been in Plymouth for some time. Like moving operations to Minneapolis was going to make a huge change. Do you remember how long they were actually in that building? It couldn’t have been more than 3 years.
  12. From a sales perspective, a typical turbo buyer is buying that sled with every option possible so they can say they have the baddest sled built. Cat should make the power steering standard on it this year if they haven’t already.
  13. They started when the 2015 model year was released. The 2013-2014 winter was the best snowmobile sales in years because it was a long winter. Dealers sold out. Mr Jordan took a stock price gamble and made a program where dealer had to take on double the sleds the previous year or loose your buy power. Winter 2014-2015 was a dude. Huge carry over. Credit card was maxed at most of their dealers. They could not ship anything because of it. They burnt through cash paying interest to the floor planners. Then Textron bought them when they were close to running out of money. Took it in the shorts and liquidated all that old inventory. Now sitting on it doing what Textron does until they can sell it. This is what killed cat.
  14. Looks like kitty kitty has a turbo riot. Everything else appears to be the same
  15. It will probably be a power point presentation. It will start with how they will improve things for 2023 and most of it won’t actually happen. Then it will have slides of the new stuff. Textron loves power point based meetings and this how they go.
  16. Ahh shit never mind. They aren’t allowing rides on the new stuff but are taking them
  17. You will probably see pictures of them around 1-2pm on social media. The isoc race is also in elk river Minnesota on Saturday. Maybe they will have the 2023 out of site out of mind, in a tent that looks like a racers only thing, like they did last year.
  18. If they do anything with 2024 I am guessing it will be similar to what they did with the 2021 sleds when they released them in fall of 2019 before the 2020s shipped. I know a few people that put deposits down on 2021s when they picked up their 2020s. a friend of mine said the cat reps were in trf for training on the 2023 and 2024 snow offerings. He said take it for it is worth. I am sure the bigger dealers like country cat will post screen shots of what comes out on friday after their dealer meeting like they usually do. Cat will probably launch them the following Monday on their website
  19. Dealer web meeting is Friday for the snowmobiles. Herd a rumor 2024s could be talked about
  20. They should be the first to market and leader in a ev snowmobile. They have everything to do it very easily. They would also put dent into Tiga’s operation as they already have a dealer network in place. They just need the product for people to order.
  21. No engine needed. They will go electric. Textron whipped up an electric rotary mower for the golf show this year. Industry first. Took them 6 months to do it.
  22. That’s there plan. 400 bucks for reeds probably makes a dealer more money than selling the sled
  23. Argo is a big areospace company like Textron. Most people think of them as the 6 wheel boat/atv thing they make
  24. 2,000 dollars for a bolt on kit for 15-18 3500 for the warranty lol
