  1. imo, this is what some think could happen... and I'm using think liberally
  2. i read your earlier post and your angst may be justified i'm speaking in more general terms... as I find a certain subset of gun owners to be quite paranoid and potentially misguided in their fears, which is precisely what it is... fear. don't worry, guns aren't abortions
  3. I'm very much in favor of making all criminals and would-be criminals quite a bit more afraid of consequences... especially white collar criminals, politicians and anyone who could potentially jeopardize national intelligence/military secrets.
  4. seemingly, why are some gun owners so paranoid?
  5. how about public execution for Jack Teixeira, or anyone who commits treason? I'm good with that
  6. no one is stopping anyone including you from starting Polaris and SkiDoo bashing threads here... fire one up... those are quite good entertainment getting back to the Catalyst... all seems good so far.
  7. it's a great scene, they were tired of how they were supposed to perform the arrest and then radically changed tactics... and I just happened to watch the movie AGAIN last night.
  8. wait a minute here... so... bad guy with a gun and good guy with a gun arm teachers.... but not cops lord, what a fucked up hypocritical mixed messaging machine this place is from one moment to the next
  9. out of general principle and spite I rarely agree with @Bontz, but he's more right on this thread than he is wrong.
  10. The broad-based degradation started when voters approved Amendment 64 in 2012, which established the civilized world’s most lenient marijuana law. Critics argue legalization, problematic on its own, became a "gateway policy" that lowers political resistance to other illicit drugs. Indeed, in 2019, the Colorado Legislature and Democratic Gov. Jared Polis essentially decriminalized all schedule 1 and 2 drugs — including fentanyl, the nation’s leading killer of people ages 18-45. this, should get people's attention on the legalization front... idk that it will but it stands out to me.
  11. the two stores in Iron River are literally right across the state line from Wisconsin there's another south of Crystal Falls right across the river from Wisconsin fine... keep it across the line to me, the Denver/Colorado experiment is/was a controlled test to see what could happen. Here's where I feel they made their biggest mistake... Then came legalization. Unlike decriminalization, Amendment 64 legalized the possession, sale, cultivation, and transportation of marijuana. Politicians on the Left and Right — representing the state, cities, counties, and towns — facilitated the launch of a marijuana industry that would push the drug and generate tax revenues.
  12. and, less attentive and lazier... here's a great example of... well, read it https://www.washingtonexaminer.com/restoring-america/fairness-justice/welcome-to-denver-a-hellhole-of-drugs I'm not interested in seeing that here
  13. Lady Lindsey just called out MTG on ABC's 'this week'... and he's right.
  14. I ran up to the cottage in the UP yesterday morning to check the place over, get a mouse kill count and swap out glue traps. In Iron River there's two pot stores and one in Crystal Falls... all three had a long line of young folks standing outside at 9AM lined up to buy pot and when I drove back home there was still lines at all three. Frankly the younger people I interact with on a daily basis in life certainly don't need weed, they need constant motivation. I honestly hope we never go the 'legal' route here in Wisconsin but am not opposed to decriminalizing it.
  15. they also sell 4X more sleds than Cat does... use some math
  16. never raced... strike seven my beef in this case isn't with the engine design or it's capabilities... it's 110% lack of quality control issue and standing behind it. I've also recently heard of an older 6000 with over 20k miles on it. we know... unless you are calling other members here liars? RF already addressed this as several of those are race sleds or possibly sleds that were raced... but the RXC engine is the same as any old production 6000 has. The mapping, pipe and muffler don't make that big of a difference. Also realize Cat is confident enough of the package that they have offered the Procross RXC to consumers multiple times. If it had a vulnerable high strung engine package they wouldn't do that. I've got no problem calling them out and throwing them under the bus for the problem we've experienced.
  17. heard spending too much time on Twitter causes brain tumors...
  18. found? this is from my brothers 2021 RXC he purchased from @Zambroski this season with 1100 miles and the improperly assembled ARCTIC CAT CTECH 6000 decided to give up the ghost while @Not greg b and I were riding together... with just under 1700 miles on it. how is it possible to be quite as fucking ignorant as you seem to be... huh? but this isn't the only one... you fucking dumbbell.
  19. Hey @Pete For all you do... this Bud's for you!
