  1. Can't tell what shocks it has but I'm sure they're not for the average consumer. Is it parked in a Culver's parking lot after crashing over the railroad tracks
  2. The Warning family rotates some of their collection in and out of the Hall of Fame museum in St Germain. Was at their warehouse where they have most of the sleds. Unbelievable what is there. Could have spent a couple days looking at the stuff and hearing the stories about finding some of the sleds.
  3. Didn't you get banned from MN oh wait that was another place
  4. Hmm Who was playing with the new Arctic Cat map feature.
  5. Have to give them A for effort and it looks like the weather is going to help. I know when I helped with the Military ride a couple years ago the new track owners and staff were great to work with and helped any way they could. 👍
  6. Whops forget I was talking to the guy that wears crocs and his pit coat. Carry on 👍
  7. I've had many of them apart. KYB has the better quality. Fox and WE are on par with each other. Cat's attempt to copy Fox "Junk"
  8. LOL your shock expertise is showing. 🤣👍
  9. Was very profitable when Cat tried to copy the fox shocks and cheapened them up. Use a QPQ coating on the rods instead of chroming them. Great move and profitable for me.
  10. Thought we were talking about your shock expertise 🤣😂
  11. I see you haven't been able to past the beginner's class yet. Keep trying you'll eventually pass. 👍
  12. Z you ever have a shock apart excluding when you have crashed a sled.
  13. Put 180+ miles on in one day on a 1985 Indy you'll be questioning yourself " What the hell's wrong with you" Been there and that actually the last time I rode that sled.
  14. If I get the ambition and time going the other direction. Have a NOS XCR800 motor to go into a wedge chassis. Have most of the parts and a set of Rugland pipes. Maybe some day.
  15. Always liked those sleds and color combination. A 1997 XCR 440 is on the bucket list for me. Maybe some day.
  16. Bought a 1994 XCR 600 about 10 years ago with only 300+ miles on that was covered in the back of a warehouse. I know the guy well and he bought new sleds every year when he still rode. He only rode the sled one weekend and hated the low seat so he bought a XLT sp. Ran into him one day and asked what ever happened to that sled knowing they were limited build. Told me he still had it if I wanted to buy. Sled is in showroom condition still a little over 300 miles on it.
  17. Don't forget your pit coat or did you forget it in Joe's closet after the divorce.
  18. It's also nice being able to read everything at trail speed. My eyes haven't excally kept up.
  19. Last one I worked on was a while ago. Was a 2006 900 that had a low speed injector go out that you basically had to pull the motor out to change. This one also was good on the inside. We put pistons in as long as we were that far into it.
  20. I went with the 7S on my XCR as I had on my VR1. I normally lead and last year we rode in areas Sth that we normally didn't ride so it was really nice. Also that you could change the display the way you wanted was nice. I use the phone function a fair amount as I don't work Friday's in the winter and guys would call to meet up and ask for trail conditions. The fuel gauge seems a little inconsistent but I alway reset one of the trip meters and go by mileage so not a big deal
  21. Still surprised how many you still see on the trail.
  22. Sweet spot in snowmobile history.
  23. Right or wrong, real or fake my dealer would normally wait until Snowcheck was almost up before he would submit his orders and I would get my confirmation email shortly after. This year I received my confirmation email yesterday. Asked why he submitted it he said this year is a little strange and wanted to make sure they're in before the cutoff day or before
