We are living among many people that have had things in their life so good and so structured, that they don't know what it feels like to be out of control and can't accept it. Letting nature play out is not an acceptable answer for them, whether global warming, covid, or cwd deer. The people on their own are generally good people or at least good intentioned, but these helicopter parents (that they are) are not what has made this country great. These control freaks aren't the people that fought off the British or conquered the West. Without the social media if today, these people would be insignificant, but now they are also the loudest voices. In the end, you can't really fight it. Do you. Try to isolate yourself from the crazy and live your best life despite it.. because much like everything else, you can't control it and shouldn't waste your time with it.
