There needs to be a non-partisan entity that is above reproach that dictates recounts, when to do them, and conducts them with full authority. I don't see how we have done anything but diminish the trust of the American people with this whole circus. I have less faith now of accuracy and motives then I did before the recount. That is not acceptable. I fully support recount efforts, but this whole process has raised a lot of red flags. Whether that be from feet being drug by states or via the motives of the parties asking for recounts, the shit just stinks.
