Which the no political bias is only used when talking about why the investigation was allegedly started. Because the standard to start an investigation is very slim they can start it for any reason they feel like. Also somebody would have to tell Horowitz that they were politically biased for him to say they were. But this exchange shows they could not rule out political bias because it appears that there is. Anyone with a brain knows they were politically biased simply based on the fact that one campaign knew that the Russians were allegedly trying to interfere and better yet that one campaign was working with them and the Ukraine’s on the steel dossier.
