Platinum Contributing Member Highmark Posted October 17, 2019 Platinum Contributing Member Share Posted October 17, 2019 1. Get us out of wars and don't get us in any new ones. 2. Strong economy with people having more money. Can be 2 fold. Higher wages and keeping more of what you earn. Trump keeps this up and he will be extremely hard to beat. The left use to have a hold on the blue collar anti-war crowd. Trump is taking this over in a big way.

I don't care what the polls say on issues. Do these things and you can win. 1. Focus on the economy 2. Focus on keeping/getting our noses out of the ME and other places. 3. Take an America first stance (see above) and including immigration.

Pay mucho attention to the money coming in from small dollar donors. Trump is winning there again. Shows multiple things. He's pulling those donor's from the left and getting people who are conservative who don't generally donate to give....an indication of high level of support. That is similar to the proportion Trump raised during the 2016 election cycle, when 65 percent of donations were under $200. And this is dramatically higher than previous Republican nominees. Mitt Romney raised 26 percent of his direct contributions from small donations in 2012, and John McCain raised 25 percent from small donations in 2008.
