spin_dry
It’s pretty easy. I get a pot of washed and unpealed organic tomatoes. An entire clove of garlic chopped, sea salt, a sweet pepper. I add water and some olive oil and let it simmer for 90-120 minutes. It congeals nicely. I add a little raw sugar to taste. I like grass fed hamburger for digest ability and low fat. I make my own egg noodles. Now I’m hungry.
