  1. It's adding some class to the place...
  2. It was OK. Soft snow so most of the grooming didn't hold very well. Was hard to put power down, stop or take tight turns no matter what speed. Still glad to be out. B111 trail was complete shit east of markdale. Swamps bush and roads is all that is left of it.
  3. Dropping at the markdale railine parking south of Chapman's plant at 9 if any wants to join.
  4. Still hoping to go north Monday to thursday if anyone is interested. Reevester had to back out. Probably drive to new liskeard then ride north.
  5. I figured I could twist your arm enough, just looking for two more to fill the big trailer.
  6. When we were up there last year it was after a few rains and snow was all very packed. Would like to get up there once while there is true deep snow. Forecast for South of new liskard isn't looking great long term.
  7. Anybody on here interested in a cochrane trip in the near future. Preference would be a drive up early on a Monday and return leaving the Friday morning. I have a 4 place enclosed trailer and am willing to drive (splitting fuel costs towards hotel or food expenses). Have trouble finding through the week riding partners willing to go that far north.
  8. Went last year after going to the landscape show first. Best part is the entire building is liscensed lol. Walk around with a tall boy and look at stuff you can't see afford. (And yes we had a dd home as we were loaded)
  9. Pissing rain again... had to lock the dog in her kennel most of the evening, came back in from outside covered in mud....
  10. I got rzr trail skis with 6" carbides. Will be getting 4" next set
  11. Has been well worth it so far. I Haven't quite got all the shocks balanced together yet but the shock is definitely cable of taking away the sucker hits when you bounce over holes. It's the shock the l.es. should have all c9me with (or any sled with the dual adjuster upgrades). Also trying to rebalance the sled for c+a skis . Got on some icey trails and with the the big carbides first time in 4 years I've missed having studs. 2881947 is the polaris part number for the kit I used. Comes with bushings Spring etc. List was 500.
  12. It was good but cold. Turned around at markdale trails start on b111. Groomer hadn't made it that far yet. From shelburne to feversham to singhampton was near perfect. Once lowering down in elevation east of singhampton it was obvious they hands received any snows Qualls. Picked up oil at j and r cycle and headed back. 135 miles.
  13. Lol. It's the plowing snow that gets you in the winter. Hopefully I don't have to go salt at 2am before I can go. Be at shelburne around 9 if anyone can join up.
  14. Anybody interested in leaving the shelburne groomer shed and swinging through wasaga Medford and Markdale tomorrow? Flexible on start time but would prefer a good days ride.
  15. Hasn't touched one of mine since 2010. And all he did was clean the primary , pop a new factory primary spring and lube the pins. He's not up on his newer sleds as he's been selling cars for quit a while. Would like to try riding an xcr this year. I bought the xcr front track shock for my pros to fix the bottoming issues I had.
  16. Both sleds had 4 year warranties at the time. Pro-s ran 121MPhil on speedo and taller sitting pro x ran 114. Can't seem to upload pictures off my phone to this site anymore f9r some reason.
  17. Lost the top end race in cochrane so he had to buy a new sled... looking forward to trying this one.
  18. We have over a half million in snow equipment parked a km from there. hope they don't switch to fucking with farm tractors.
  19. Xcr front track shock and c+a skis waiting at the dealership. through those in new plugs and Sliders and I'm ready. Had to salt parking lots for the first time today. parking garages are a cunt in the winter
  20. They had the opp enforcing a town of caledon bylaw specific to motorcycles
  21. Theres been a few close calls in our area with cyclists and trucks making right turns. They skirt all past the stopped traffic behind the truck and then have to bail to avoid the trucks turning right. Sometimes you'd think they'd better understand that could mean death for them. On an unrelated note boss got pulled over in a fair size farm tractor. OPP commercial officer was quite rude about how he was impeding traffic on a busy road. Probably had 30 vehicles behind him. He implied that we were commercial and had an obligation to let everyone pass anywhere it was safe to do so. Local mto safety courses for trucks and farm equipment have said the entire opposite. Use the entire lane and stay in it. Any insight? This tractor was only 9'wide. However we travel these roads with a 17'6" wide combine. Pulling over is not an option you would still be blocking the live lane of traffic.
