  1. It's all about how you use it...says the man with the little pecker
  2. Ewww, that did not sound good!
  3. So much love on the forum.
  4. Owning a cat, let alone three will do that to ya.....there is huge nervousness of something breaking that comes with the territory.... Welcome to Cat ownership....it has its privileges, but apparently if you want the best skis, try the Yellow camp....

    Snow Tires

Apparently 2015 and up, Dodge made it no so easy to change the thresholds....read online that some can do it, but its not as easy as simply connecting the scan tool and making the changes. The fronts seem to have more of a variance to the recommended 80psi, the rear's, not so much...
  6. C&A are good skis, but for some reason when I was following you, man did my skis ever track bad.
  7. But Glenn is in the super aggressive pack, way out front with Rev
  8. Well, if you just buy a Skidoo, you will not have that issue....best sled, including skis, bar none...... The Yellow cool aid tastes real good
  9. I see you are bidding farewell to those trail rutting skis as well......

    Snow Tires

Mid to late 80's I worked at a gas station/repair station pumping gas, that was the only tire repair option the garage had/offered. I think it was maybe $5.00 a repair back than, did plenty of those with no issues. All of my own tire repair jobs have been with those as well, never had an issue either.

Can you do a 2015 RAM 2500? If so, where are you and is there a fee?
  12. I for one, cannot stand other people working on my stuff...sorry but the gene pool has been on a steady downward spiral for a long time now.....

    Snow Tires

They suck! What they should offer is a way for the driver to adjust the min setting on them so the warning light goes away if you choose to run a lower than recommended PSI....

    Snow Tires

Around 25k...tires still look good considering I do tow a travel trailer in the summer months and my truck is a 3/4 ton, we will see how they are this snowy & cold winter. I used to have a winter set of coopers just for my old truck and ran TOYO's in the summer, when I decided to buy new tires for my current truck, i decided not to go with the 2 sets of tires for this one, and out of all the folks that I talked too before buying these tires, I could not find a person that did not leave the DT on all year. Personally I have hated GY tires for a long time, but other than people complaining of uneven wear on the DT tires, there is not a lot of bad reviews on them. The uneven wear is more times than not a lack of tire rotation or maintenance to the vehicle, not the tires fault. The other 2 on my short list were the TK02's, but they seem to have "reported" side wall issues, so that was a concern and the TOYO AT2's were the other one on my short list for an all season/winter LT truck tire.

    Snow Tires

I have them on my truck, they seemed good last winter, but I do not recall getting into anything that was real bad, or if I did, it was a none issue. Left them on the truck all year, as most seem to do, and they are fine.

    OFSC Trail Pass

I do not know, having the default tracking checked relieves the OFSC of one more possible headache when a permit does not arrive as planned and you now have a person upset about that....damned if you and damned if you don't. I recall people upset about not receiving the permit and having to go to the police to file a claim about a product that they never even received.....or this year when the system crashed and people are being overcharged. It is not as though you do not have a choice to deselect the box & save the $10.00, the sub-total is stated when you check out, so an easy thing to do a sanity check on. Looking forward to hopefully a good cold & snowy winter, and sled season

    OFSC Trail Pass

I got the exact same thing....made we wonder if I'm getting two permits!
  18. That was to be kept on the down low.... Received my pass yesterday, ordered on the 27th I think.....no idea what the charge will be, but free passes for life will make up for it...

Than that settles it, it will be an amazing year in Ontario for winter enthusiasts....to keep those fence walkers on board!

    OFSC Trail Pass

I guess the data from the last few years that clearly sure a huge amount of movement on the last day, was not helpful.... Lol. People must have faith in the long term winter forecast.....good for the clubs and the ofsc to have some early cash! Hopefully it is a good season, in many parts

    Moto X bike info?

Actually, kind of surprised myself with the no crash's, especially after I got more comfortable on the track out back ....although I was doubling my kids on and off for a bit, so extra careful when they were a board. Looking forward to next year a lot more now....I actually did not intend to get the bike out this year, figured I would wait until next year when the kids were able to ride there bikes too, but last weekend was so nice, so had to get out.
