  1. If this was a Poo there would be an immediate stop ride/stop sale notice sent
  2. I gave up arguing this point with the mental midget, like banging your head on the wall. As X2700 said, only those involved know what happened. Anything else is pure speculation
  3. Can't tell you, wasn't there, didn't see it. Authorities said nothing about this specific incident that there was any speeding. Yet you conclude there is, on ZERO fucking evidence. 20 mph as an example is not speeding and would have resulted in a deadly outcome. You sir are a fucking dummy. Done arguing with you.
  4. Nowhere did it say this particular sled was speeding. If it does, show me. Until then get over your fucking stupidity and move on.
  5. He obviously missed the point. Focused on the brand involved and likely wet himself while doing his gotcha post.
  6. Again, it didn't mention this particular sled was speeding. I didn't read anywhere that this particular rider was hauling ass while testing the sled. I guess if some previous sleds were speeding then they all must be. Is the air thinner in Alaska and does it impact long time residents more
  7. Read this sad story a couple of times and didn't see anything about this specific sled speeding. Very sad to see an outcome like this and sad to see commenters making shit up. Don't even know if the dog sled team had reflectors or anything to light them up in the darkness. I feel terrible for the dog sled owner, this is heart breaking.
  8. Guess Polaris got it right in not supporting the event this year. Wouldn't this past week end have seen the sleds run. How much snow is sitting on the ground in New York right now. In central Ontario where I am, there is zippo and no cold temps for the next 2 weeks at least. Might just as well still have the boat in Although I must say that I do enjoy the friendly banter after the event. Maybe going forward it should be held mid January if they have it again
  9. two days later and still here. You are a glutton for punishment
  10. Nice, not even close to ice on our lake. At least with ice and a couple of inches of snow you can ride
  11. What QC, Poo has none. If they do, then they are in far more trouble than they think. Heads should roll. Just pathetic
  12. I can ride right from my door. Pickup groomed trails going north, south, east and west within 2 minutes. Also have a large lake right in front of me. Won't trailer anymore, can't be bothered. If I can't ride from my door sled is up for sale. Saw an article a few weeks ago that stated the average age of a snowmobiler is 54. If true, not good for the future of this sport
  13. Seems that little fellow has disappeared, did you guys scare him off. I kind of miss his antics, he gives me a good laugh
  14. Could be based on the in depth analysis provided by the fellow who tested the 600 Catalyst back to back with the Poo 650.
  15. Would not be shocked to see POO and DOO cut back as well. I can't imagine that based on the economy, interest rates, extremely high prices and poor snow conditions that their products are flying off the shelf.
  16. What does it mean for the greatest sled ever produced that's drive belt will last forever, is far superior to the Poo 650 in back to back test rides although neither sled was pushed past 50 mph.
  17. Don't forget, it is heads and shoulders better than the Poo 650, someone on here rode them back to back and said so
  18. Nice, thanks for the update. See leave it to the pro.
  19. That's all you got, where I post my reply. You seem to have found it no problem. Cat is the only one with anything new coming out to talk about. New chassis and maybe new power plant next year. Thinking there's going to be many more Cat posts coming. Garbage, really, 95% market share between the two, sure that points to garbage. Ya, ok bud. Flame away.
  20. Guess Poo doesn't care or possibly saving money by not going. I'm guessing they may all be hurting economically now. Local Doo dealer has sleds stacked to the sky right now. The past 3 years you couldn't get one
  21. It looks to me like the folks who want the latest and greatest (perceived anyways) have bought in and the rest (majority) don't have any interest. At least not for the high cost to purchase, high maintenance cost, low range and 10 year life span on expensive batteries.
  22. I was commenting more on the BRP, GM and Ford on fully committed to electric but not so much now. Just saying Toyota is holding back for a reason. The push for electrification is coming more from the governments and not the car makers. With Leadership about to change so likely will the hurry up to electrification. Didn't really look at why you posted what you did. My bad. And for the record I have no interest in electric cars, boats snowmobiles, etc.
  23. And hence my comment that Toyota has yet to jump on the electric band wagon. Why, when North American leadership will change (Biden and Trudeua gone) and the push for electric vehicles may die or slow to a crawl. Of course they make the best hybrids. I think you misinterpreted my reply. I have never called you names on here, and you insult me.
