Pro-Lite H4 Bester / Pake / Legendre Pro-Lite H5 Lebel / Forst / Christian Pro-Lite H6 Daudt / Scheele / Oomen Pro 3X Crown-2 Harr / Kamm / Ishoel Great. crazy racing. Aki hole shot, Elias caught him and led most the race being heavily pressured by Emil. Ish went over the bars and did a f'ng facestand. Nutty! Pro-Lite Final Pake / Forst / Scheele Holy fuck... Lebel broke something, over the bars flipping and got ran over. Jordan seemed ok from what I saw. Pro 3X Crown-3 Harr / Kamm / Ishoel Emil seems untouchable. Pro 3X Crown points winners Harr / Kamm / Ishoel @fortune46x - you better check Emil's sled for an NSP helix. please ask Emil where I can get Yak links... I'm going to start eating them before riding if they work that well for him.
  3. 487lbs... take (what % are they saying?) ?% off of that and there's the hypothetical weight of the 2024 RXC 137 without electric start. https://www.snowmobile.com/specs/arctic-cat/trail/2021/zr-6000/r-xc-137.html I'm thinking they might come in around 450lbs-ish in production.
  4. Which two did you order? I'm assuming one is an RXC for yourself and... ? The shorty has my interest but there's a few pieces on the RXC I prefer... and I don't believe I want a 137.
  5. I didn't see the off for DB, just him on his knees afterwards. the crashes and injuries this season have been bad. did you swing by the tech inspection trailer and say hello to Alex?
  6. Cannonsburg MI... looks like Geneva, warm, very roosty, 1st turn coming out of the gate looks awkward a/f. Harr, Kamm, Benham had the fastest laps in qualifying. Pro-Lite H1 ???? / Wittwer / Posti Poo's are making power and really hook up better in these conditions Pro-Lite H2 Lebel / Daudt / Scheele one downed Cat that wasn't Scheele for a change Pro-Lite H3 Bester / Lorenz / Beaulieu Pro 3X Crown-1 Harr / Patenaude / Kamm idk what happened to Benham but he was on his knees on the side of the track, Kern, freshly back from an injury also went out. Ishoel 6th. Emil owned that round. Pro-Lite H4 Daudt / Bester / Roes Pro-Lite H5 Christian / Ogemar / Wittwer Pro-Lite H6 Lebel / Forst / Lorenz Pro 3X Crown-2 Harr / Patenaude / Peterson Kamm had an issue and left the track, Ishoel had an off. Judnick must be using an NSP clutch kit. SkiDoo DOMINATED the stock 200cc final... Kirchmeyer got landed on hard in the P-L LCQ Pro-Lite Final Lebel / Bester / Daudt Pro 3X Crown-3 Harr / NARSA / Pelletier Ctak, Levi and his family must be thrilled Pro 3X Crown points winner Harr / Patenaude / Narsa
  7. I did some more math... about $21k (retail) to build a base model with a 128" 2.52P Cobra with premium shocks, and 2023 rails/bracing if they're the same. the aftermarket imo, is going to be all over this new sled so I'm excited to see what's offered. based on his history, I'll let @taperk600 spend the first round of coin to tell us what works.
  8. anyway ... imo Cat finally gets a year for the first time in many with the most new exciting anything to talk about for the following season. no matter if it's a me too chassis or the lack of big bore or pong gauge... they have something for next season which we and the snowmobile media are talking about. 51 pages, 1.3k replies and 33.3k views on one thread... impressive. https://www.freedomsledder.com/index.php?/topic/52092-2024-arctic-cat-catalyst-chassis-details/page/51/ granted it's the HCS forum so half the posts are probably pointless or unnecessary... including several of my own but... good job Cat engineers and designers, it's been a long time coming.
  9. IDK as I'm not a mountain rider, but after listening to the entire SW podcast, they really and truly seem excited about this new platform even with a 600... which Cat desperately needed. so, good job Textron engineers
  10. giving it a listen about 30 minutes in... pretty negative commentary on the Proclimb/Ascender thusfar. so far they sound very positive about the new chassis... for the mountains
  11. love it as much or more than when I got it with 600 miles on it. Have a complete spare top end sitting on the shelf... for IDK, 10k miles? VID_20230319_170107079.mp4
  12. didn't realize you ordered an M shorter skid I'm assuming?
  13. oh come on now... let's hear about all of this in your own thoughts and words. can't wait to see what you come with. I'll start making the popcorn and preparing the unenlightened members of the site now...
  14. what it can produce (full tilt for racing or dyno) and what they would sell customers (so they don't blow their shit apart) may be two completely different numbers in production form... imo
  15. according to both manufacturers specifications... no? but... Polaris has gone to e-start on all of their consumer models for 2024. in the past I'm nearly certain they listed the dry weight of the non e-start in the specs. the SkiDoo weight variations are a little strange as the major difference between their trim levels are shocks.
  16. I'll be reading this... because it's far more relevant to the overall economy and markets than any fucking Buffon than we install in the white house. but, I'm drinking beer and hanging out in the garage because it's nice out... so later.
  17. do you think I really want to hang out in the CE all day and debate with people who's minds aren't likely to change one bit no matter what you or I post? it's all pretty silly really... snatch the pebble...
  18. knee pads if you ride the SP aggressively are a must, imo... and although I don't know with any certainty whatsoever I believe the weight of the new sled should fall right in line with the old SP chassis. the PC even with the bigger shield is cooler to ride as the wind comes around the bodywork and I'm doubtful the new chassis is any warmer if the mountain sleds and trail sleds are sharing the same plastics. for me, it's often little nitpicky things I get hung up on but these are a few of my thoughts and concerns with a sled I also haven't thrown a leg over. since I don't think we've actually ever discussed it... how would you compare your RS to your SP and what do you hope to see as an improvement from either of both?
  19. if the ergonomics are back to 2010, I honestly feel people will really like it and you know that chassis just as well as I do. it has an extremely balanced feel in nearly any situation, imo. having a 2010 500, 2010 720 and 2021 RXC at my disposal this winter... the RXC engine is perfect (cough) but the ergonomics, seat and overall feel (especially while standing) goes hands down to the old SnoPro in comparison. I don't feel I'm able to throw the Procross around as easily, especially at lower speeds in the woods. at high speed, in the ditch hitting driveways at speed the RXC is very planted and predictable, this is not a bad thing. in addition, the RXC skid is better, not a lot but enough to mention it... won't take that away and it was a good move to put that skid (longer front arm) in the new chassis. if this new whip combines the best attributes of the SP and the PC... they should have a winner for Cat fans. now, to just convince them to do a 128 RXC without estart.
