Enhancers as far as bolt on pipes, heads, etc sure. Maybe even some porting under the right circumstances. But you'd have to be an idiot to run aftermarket big bore

Any speed shop company engine kit is going to be a crap shoot at best. People don't understand the level of knowledge, r&d and testing that goes into an OEM engine. BDX/SSI was pumping out the 900 kits for catalyst this year and people were thinking it was an equivalent substitute for the upcoming 858. Even the best "engine guys" have no clue of the considerations the OEM accounts for, especially the Japanese. Not saying things can't be improved on for performance but I'd never slap on complete aftermarket cylinders for example.

959 is the ctec3 (triple) for M.Y. 2026 It will have an 9.59" long belt and the legs will never stop

That's exactly as how it's delivered. The small vocal group here are trying to be lake racers with it. Listen to any media review on it, there are dozens and they all say the same thing, super awesome motor and very responsive. If you're chasing ultimate top end mph you're always going to have to do some work and you will, without a doubt, sacrifice in other areas for it.

Sure that would be the one scenario I suppose. I was more talking about acceleration I forgot this forum is 600cc lake racers. You're never going to get a secondary to shift more if the primary is done. Any tuner would know if their primary is fully shifted.

Changes in belt length will change the entire calibration because the secondary and primary clutches will be in different points of their shift, relative to each other. So if someone thinks there is a magic belt length that made their machine so much better, all it proves is their calibration was way off with the other belt. That's it.

The fact that they're designed to deflect snow from leaving the tunnel and hitting the rider or getting on the back of the machine. You can't think of a world where any of that deflected snow ends up back in the tunnel, not one single flake? Really? That's your hard stance?
