I don't recall personally calling you a liberal because of your viewpoints on Trump. Honestly you are pretty reserved about most topics including political ones. Others may have however. There is a line between being "thin skinned" as you put it and simply defending yourself. While I'm not sure from a legal standpoint of how to reverse documents or policies signed by a President who had obvious cognitive impairment....I would think there would be something illegal about using the autopen for signing documents they never even discussed with him. Come on man....we aren't just talking about on here. How Trump was treated was 1000x's worse than anything we've ever seen in American politics. They also used the DOJ against him which is obvious Obama and Biden knew about at the time. They didn't just try and defeat him they tried to ruin him and put him in prison for life.

I can see all "vacation" area's where 2nd homes are popular would have issues. If homes sit vacant for significant portions of the year then communities are without revenue to the business' which then lower state/local tax revenue. Not sure what the solution is as this also drives up housing costs.

Wait I thought we were to think of the people of the countries not their leaders....even if they voted them in? Yes but if we continue to allow cases to be court shopped and have national power then district judges become more powerful than the Chief Executive. I can't imagine that was the founders intent. We will end up in a system where the President isn't allowed to do anything without the courts approval. I know we have a system of checks and balances but what the admin is asking for is a district judge can't rule for the entire nation.

If there are no restraints on what a district judge can preside over than essentially they become more powerful than the Chief Executive.
