Key dems now warning base not to expect evidence of Potus 45 - Russia collusion

Recommended Posts

They just can't seem to find a better narrative right now to somehow hold their masses into thinking their party isn't really as fucked up as it seems and they indeed had a good candidate with a sold message and plan.

Some make their own luck.

"Wire tapping" just doesn't have the same ring as "the Russians!".  And despite their every effort, it won't last.  The "Meals on wheels" narrative seems to be gaining traction though....

Imbeciles.

that is not what the mainecunt said .

Wednesday night, Morell appeared at an intelligence community forum to “cast doubt” on “allegations that members of the Trump campaign colluded with Russia.” “On the question of the Trump campaign conspiring with the Russians here, there is smoke, but there is no fire at all,” he said, adding, “There’s no little campfire, there’s no little candle, there’s no spark. And there’s a lot of people looking for it.”

Obama’s former CIA chief also cast serious doubt on the credibility of the infamous, explosive “dossier” originally published by BuzzFeed, saying that its author, Christopher Steele, paid intermediaries to talk to the sources for it. The dossier, he said, “doesn’t take you anywhere, I don’t think.”

Morell’s comments echo the categorical remarks by Obama’s top national security official, James Clapper, who told Meet the Press last week that during the time he was Obama’s DNI, he saw no evidence to support claims of a Trump/Russia conspiracy. “We had no evidence of such collusion,” Clapper stated unequivocally

Not really a surprise. The Trump camp might have taken advantage of the Russian narrative, but they didn't do wrong legally based off of the evidence to date. Knowingly using the Russian narrative to your advantage as questionably morally is another story, but legally the Dems have dug a hole on this witch hunt. Their whole base expects convictions and hard evidence. When it doesn't come, they are going to lose a lot of credibility. Especially the media which has spent 5 months running it. All of it plays right into Trump's narrative that the media doesn't get it right. Can't say that he is 100% wrong on that subject.
