South Dakota never did lock down

7 day rolling average was just over 8k case on this day last year. It’s just under 6k, as of today. Delta, delta, delta!

Then why no massive outbreaks in souix falls and rapid city ? Not massive city's but deff not podunk USA and again massive crowds all summer rolling in to rapid city last yr . But what ever
