Taking down their girl out of spite probably wouldn't be the best way to get that. It would end in her in jail because his DOJ would be doing it. All it does is add to divisive politics and sets a new bar that the other side will have to raise. Smart move letting her die off. Her name, her legacy, her future are all dead.
