Good thing is most of those people should be young and for the most part healthy. Most of our cases (Iowa) started with old people on a cruise in Egypt. The good news is this mostly only kills old people with preexisting conditions. The vast majority of Americans can pull through this no problem. Im sure there are protocols for how they handle this. I highly doubt they just dock in Guam, let the infected off and let the virus spread rampantly. Guam may not like that very much.
