Horowitz really shouldn’t be giving an opinion when the scope of his investigation is very narrow. His investigation was about FISA abuse not about whether or not the FBI should be opening investigations. What Horowitz did find was there was major abuse and if not for the steel dossier there would be FISA. He also found they intentionally head exculpatory evidence and many many other things in order to obtain and to continue to get the PISA renewed. Barr Also outline in an interview today that when Horowitz says he couldn’t find any bias only because no one copped to being biased.
