Russians,Indians, and ESPECIALLY CHINESE are the worst violators known to mankind. Many Americans are rotten cunts too. WR GRACE is a fucking horror polluter, and many others. The PLASTIC GYRE in the Pacific is an abomination to mankind. If I was president, I would declare a STATE OF WAR on intentional polluters.
