It will certainly be interesting to see the data on whether criminal activity, murder, incarceration rates, drop significantly among POC. I think it will increase. Legalizing pot isn't the crime "end all" many think it will be. Same with other drugs. I wish it were that easy. I think people like to believe that all these black kids / young adults getting shot are drug dealers, but most of the shootings are young males thinking they got dissed. I'd go so far as to say that 80% of these homocides in "dark country" have nothing at all to do with drugs. Disturbing is the amount of these shootings where victims & shooters are related. I think with cell phones the street dealer jas become obsolete.
