Because you're stupid. Maybe you don't have a garbage can. Maybe you you don't understand how it works? You can't understand that a check wipe doesn't smell....well it probably does if you put your nose right into it which is something you apparently do regularly with garbage 

Furthermore more if I detect a foul odor coming from any garbage it goes out... 

You apparently leave your garbage in for a week regardless of smell regularly root around in it nose first smelling trash like some sick fuck trash fetish queen
