  1. There's no way any dealer would give 6200 for a 2010 CFR 8..

Did the beers come off the tray in one hand with a finger in each glass?
  3. Want to share where one could view true dealer invoice price? Remember there has to be some delta.

    Forklift/Equipment

Polaris has the front end dialed on the Axys. I like the SLT skis, they have just enough predictable push to not be heavy steering but still drive er in deep. The stock skis are very good as well really (Way better than pre 2013 skis) I just have so many pairs of aftermarket skis gotta try em.)
  5. I put it on the hood on a truck I have, an 07' I bought new. 222000 km still looks good no yellowing. I have noticed it yellow on others though, gotta be some junk knock off stuff out there.
  6. Only those real familiar with Barrie will get this one..

Johnny I just used those skis for the first time a couple weeks ago.. For the forklift I'm not looking for off road construction site type just something to use at the shop but it has to be able to travel on gravel. Any of those shops deal in this type of machine? I do rent booms from Torcan periodically so I'm familiar with them.

Barrie The sold prices on the Ritchie bros site; is that the total cost or is there a bunch of fees added on top?

Appriaciate it. I have found most use them right up. How many hours did that Clark have on it at $8600? There is a Linde Diesel in Midland with 18k hours on it.

Thanks Stevie but that Townoter is an indoor only unit. I actually bought the one I have now off kijiji 2 min from my shop! Puzzle that us a tall order but we're not talking your average kijiji'r here.. That junkyard one has been on there since he took that pic last summer..
  12. Gone! Just like the sidecar.. kijiji freaks salavate when they see free, even if it's TotalRangeAbomination clutches.

Highly unlikely they overturn it, but you never know. Even if they do, they gonna strip the declared winners of their 1st? Even more unlikely.

    Forklift/Equipment

I've had the forklift salesmen in my boardroom.. Budget depends on what it is let's say what can I get for 10k? This machine will see 5-10 hr of use per week max, 9 months of the year. This is why I think used is better for my application. How high can a skidsteer lift say 2.5k? I wanted 5k min regarding forklifts just for the size of the machine not so much because I'd actually be lifting 5k often. Where is the Yale? I have an old Hyster right now, gets it done indoors but limited height and I really need it to be able to run on the recycled concrete in the yard.
  15. I'm looking for a used 5k or bigger Forklift, Diesel or LPG. Outdoor with some indoor use. 16' mast min. Any tips on finding these things? I'm sure there's auctions out there but I have zero experience in that dept. Also interested in a skid steer should the right deal come along mainly just for maintaining 1/2 acre gravel yard maybe bring on the odd jobsite. As an alternate, are skidsteer with forks any good? Imagine it's fairly limited compared to a dedicated forklift esp with reach? I do have a 5k lpg indoor lift now but 11' reach sucks in warehouse with 30' ceiling.

^^Yes but the rules are different at the official fuel stops. This one specifically has its own rules.
  17. Turbos Falling off?? Wow there would be some noise leading up to that one...Are there multiple cases of these or just one off posts?
  18. Does the 'winder actually have "failings" with respect to build quality or are these just implied?

  20. Yes I recall, think it was actually winter weather at the time, the guys said you were great to work for. Nice place you've got there and right in a sledders paradise.
  21. What year Apex? Dorset is a real nice area to ride. I don't jump or off trail either, always buy 120" sleds and strictly trail ride. I do like to go new every 2-3 seasons now but wasn't always that way, spent many years riding old iron and keeping it running on miniscule budget.
  22. Only 18k miles. How many broken suspension parts, exhaust donuts and bored riders did it take to get it there?
  23. One would think there is a long term agreement previously in place. I hope For Yamaha sake that it does as the AC relasionship has breathed some much need life to their snow line. Kinda like Yam got a younger GF!
  24. Sorry irv; to clairify, they were derived from the original 1 Ton and carried the key attributes along; namely tankishly high weight, bordem in operation and extremely high cost for what you are getting. I'm not sure I'd make in home on a Japan built Yamaha these days, would be likely to fall asleep and drive into a tree.. I have owned 8 Polari' over the last 15 years, they always "get me home" I live near the trail and ride ALOT, typically several thousand miles per season, how bout you?
  25. They still building the 1 ton? Gramaha been milkin' that thing out longer than a wedge Indy..
