If that's what he meant he should have said that...he said running around coming in airplanes from who knows where....his words. He also makes it sound simple to stop everybody, check their paperwork to determine if they are essential and then just turn them around if they aren't. It's a little more involved than that. Maybe she should call out the guard and block all roads in and out of the hotspots as it was just reported there are 800 new cases in Michigan today.
