I know your going to call me a liar, but I actually witnessed a Yamaha win a sno x race, it was man made sno at my buddy's track and it was who ever got the hole shot won!! there was like 2 Yamaha fans in the whole crowd that clapped.

I'm not completely happy with it on a touring level but it's saved me from some extremely difficult situations when high speed trail riding. It's definitely sucks in low speed situations. It's not comfortable I'm over 6 feet tall. But the chassis turns on at 70 plus even in sno pro. I can put up with a lot of shit if she wants to save my ass in ugly situations and the procross has done that for me. I'm an older rider that fucks up a lot. But I need to come home in one piece.

I don't think I can do it. I think Polaris started it back in the 90's. Bad idea imo. I spring checked my 12 turbo and then it never snowed, cat knew I had a problem child on my hands and no snow, they sent me a letter telling me they knew I had no snow and gave me an extra year of warranty for free.. but I just don't think I'll ever spring check again. I see over the years all these guys doing it and I guess if it fills a void for ya. I'm little shy of it. They use buzz words like game changer and brag ride and talk up the power.. pfft, marketing and bean counter guys need to give up some wages and let the engineers and designers get some say on this stuff they are peddling

When I worked with all the mill wrights the one thing I regret not having them teach me was how to properly sharpen on drill bit on a bench grinder! Damn some of them old timers at my plant were good!! Pipe fitters are usually pretty good welders too

Aluminum is a bitch I think, I just have a stick welder for those projects predicaments I get into where I need it bad!!

Most votechs offer night classes, I've always enjoyed welding, I'm not very good at it but I own one and done it quite a bit working as a tech over the years

Honestly I love the pro s, was seriously looking at one, but it has some weakness and poos going back, first the assault and now the Indy xc. My riding partner is all poo and he's had every variation of the rush and I'm pretty sure come next season he will be on that Indy xc or whatever it is. He rides fast, really fast, I know last week we put on a few hundred miles and I'm not studded and he is on his pro s and I was walking away from him on the straights, he chalked it up to set up. Apparently Polaris has seen this issue too and switching back, that and you really can't get the shock to work like they should. I dunno, I'm just a dumb cat rider!!!

It has to be a tough pill for Polaris to start to distant themselves from there baby and that's what they are doing
