Yup ... Got my cholesterol and blood pressure down with a combination of fish oil, beetroot powder, olive oil and bananas.
Right away they wanted me to go on statins but they gave me 6 weeks to change my blood test...... Doctors were shocked with the results .

Never went back for the required 2nd shot of the Shingles vaccine..
.... I'm done with ALL vaccines from here on out..... The first shot made me piss like a racehorse for several days...so I think it did something to my kidneys.
Never again....even on vaccines that supposedly have a "proven" track record....not worth it...I will take my chances on shingles, even though it sounds a bit painful if you get it......I can handle it, I'm a big boy. I beat covid
......and in retrospect, I think the treatment and cocktail of steroids and antibiotics to treat the vid was worse than the virus itself and may have been the cause of most of the problems. They treated it very aggressively.
Yup..,no flu shots, no shingle shots, no pneumonia shots and also on Zero other meds such as statins or blood pressure drugs....that shit ain't good for you bro. All that crap can be done holistically. My blood tests are spot on.
