A lot of my friends are bitching about prices and not happy about it. Most are pretty well off and are able to afford it but it doesn't mean it's not happening. While I also live by that philosophy, I try to keep my debt to a minimum And it's tougher to do these days than it used to be. To be honest, my biggest complaint would probably be grocery prices, Also fuel oil prices are pretty high for my new PA home. I am getting a heat pump split- system put in next week so that should eliminate my need for fuel oil except to heat the water. I don't plan on going to my grave with a ton of money.... trust me. Fortunately, I don't have too many people to worry about when I die. They will read my will and go... WTF.....this dude got nothin. Hopefully I will have sold my vipers by then and enjoyed the cash that that brings too....

No and fortunately I don't rack up a lot of credit card debt either.... but that's not the majority of Americans. If you watched that video it would show you how much debt America has racked up on their credit cards with very high interest rates and that doesn't include housing mortgages. Making new home buyers really suffer. So yeah the economy is not as stellar as the media is making it sound. But they know they are losing the border issue so spouting fake news about the economy is their only hope.

Would lose all my seniority ...Back to starting wages with a 5 year progression to where I had retired at. And only 1 Week vacation....where I used to have 7. Plus I would go back to being a split driver doing different routes. My regular route is long gone and I would have no seniority to get it back. So retirement it shall be..
