Finally got the hood back on, good thing to had that spindle removal trick because in the process I figured out how fucked mine was.

I hadn’t logged into HCS in a month or two and came back to a dead GDF. It took me a while to find where everyone went. Everything with people talking about this site on there is edited to say HCS instead of freedom sledder.
but to keep things on track procross hoods are a pain in the balls to get off, look at everything I had to do to get it off my 21 mile 2021 RR...

Coulda called it something like the “Axys” I think another company did that when they put new plastics on an old chassis.

No the one we discussed for hood removal. This spindle came out nice and easy due to the whole 21 miles on the machine thing... fuckin cat
