  1. All cockhaven does is troll Arctic Cat threads, no one really cares what he has to say.
  2. Online orders sold out, thats not the same as dealer orders. Cat talked about this at Haydays. Most to all dealers sold out shortly after. That was last year. This year they have caught up and some lingering places had a few here and there, that has nothing to do with anything. The Bugatti/Mclaren metaphor really upsets alot of people using the market share argument. Doo have the highest market share, won back to back sled of the year, and this pisses off alot of Polaris faithful. Maybe if they didnt have so many recalls they wouldnt be losing every year to Doo for sled of the year and market share. In two years Cat will have alot of that back, but they dont gaf, as long as they sell out, and they will, again.
  3. Not for Bugatti or McLaren. They could give a flying fuck about sales.
  4. How about them sales numbers? Maybe we should run them all at 300HP just to see what happens... Ohhh right, the Polaris and Ski-Doo will fucking explode and can't even run past 220HP. Damn it. Atleast Polaris and Ski-Doo got the best handling chassis right? Ohh wait, they don't anymore. Atleast Polaris and Ski-Doo are still top notch...ohh wait they still run a chaincase. Atleast Polaris and Ski-Doo are cutting edge...ohh wait the Polaris chassis is 8 years old going on 9, and Doo's G5 is just a tweaked G5, so thats 7 years old going on 8. Atleast Polaris and Ski-Doo are well made...oh wait Polaris has re-called every sled they've made for the past 7 years, and just recalled over 11,000 Boost's with over 13 verified leaks. Sales numbers! Ohh wait Cat sold out online in a few hours! Damn it!
  5. The Boost/ Mach Z top out at 220ish HP, when the 7 year old 998 runs 350HP setups for 10k miles snd they still run good. 998 is still king of the land, but hey, nice gsuge. Ohh wait Cats got the best gauge now. Damnit
  6. Those comments were 100% correct and destroy the lame sales numbers argument. Ford sells alot of cars, Bugatti doesnt, but make a far superior performance machine. Kind of like the 998 just absolutely destroying the field so badly for so many years it was literally in a class by itself..
  7. To this day a RIOT kit Zuke 800 ProCross will run with, if not beat, any new stock 850. They are making around 175HP.
  8. The 2012 F800 won the 2012 real world shootout. Thats stock. With a RIOT kit it wasn't even close, the Zuke made 160HP in stock form. Think Doo and Poo were lucky to get 140. Edit: The Cat had issues so they went back to DD and changed the pitch in 13/14 to make it more reliable. They had the F1100 Turbo which blew the panels off anything Doo/Poo made anyways. Lol, that had clutching issues too, but thats more forgivable on a 177HP Turbo.
  9. It's true. The crank on the revised 1049 was superlight so it revved quick. They made it even lighter in 15, which didn't work well to hold boost.
  10. I had that 12 picked, clutched, piped, tuned, with a 1.25 track, SSi aluminum silencer and SSi stainless y-pipe, that sled was a rocket, 12's had the chaincase with a 2.82 pitch...and I had the 2013 secondary updates, ext. Pretty light too, the aluminum silencer cut like 14 lbs. I destroyed so many Doo's and Poo's with that machine.
  11. Yes, this is true. They lightened the crank on the 1049cc even more, it help up fine for N/A but under boost they could fail. 14's were the best. It wasn't designed for boost, more of an afterthought.
  12. 14/15, not sure about 16. Kit was about $2800, Mistubishi built,
  13. I've owned two ProCross sleds, a 2012 F800 and a 2014 Viper XTX (which I bought brand new BTW, came with an optional Turbo, fastest stock sled in 14 was a Viper with a Turbo). The f800 I owned for several years and put 4500 miles on. Your just a little butthurt forum bitch with nothing to post but my previous comments, which I stand on 100%. Go fill diapers somewhere else. If you got a week ban for every Cat thread you posted hateful garbage in or trolled in, we would never hear from you, cause thats all you do on this forum....is bitch like a woman... Are you on your period 24/7/365?
  14. I stand by everything I said. And your a little butthurt bitch forum troll.
  15. There's those happy liberals lining up for the 5th booster shot!
  16. What part of 'I don't care about brands' doesn't compute in your brain? Your so full of brand loyal butthurt rage from getting destroyed so many times on these forums, you have to go into Cat forums and threads with no reason to be there other then to spew your cryass garbage. This thread is about Cat's new big bore engine. Not your whimpering and butt hurt whining. You've been like this for what...5 years? Did the bad man touch you in the private area? It's so fucking pathetic. Just shut the fuck up.
  17. Like my Polaris Outlaw 450 (which is a KTM motor and KTM Hydraulic clutch, factory stock), its just a project I got for cheap, all brands for me are open for re-builds if its the right machine, but no Polaris 800's before 2015. Only the 600. I love bringing things back to life (if there is enough meat on the bone and they are worthy) and sharpening my skills. It's just a backup sled/sled for friends to use and I could make $1500-2000 of it if I wanted. The updated SPI coated pistons and pressed rings with Klotz oil make a nice difference, no caution lights or nothing, gauge lights up like new and everything works. Its even got reverse and a RCA plug. I'm pretty proud of that project. Good little basic machine to ride, just needs a proper windshield. I lowballed a few G4 850's over summer and almost had a 2019 XRS with 3600 miles for 5500, but it fell through. I'll pick up a nicer main sled when I feel like it, right now it's not a high priority. edit: typo, G4 not G5
  18. Something like that will be coming for sure....
  19. During its release in 2012 the ProCross was better then anything Doo and Poo had at the time. It absolutely dusted the competition in flatland racing. as well as winning the shootout in 12 and sled of the year in 2014, runner up in 2016. It wasn't until Polaris updated their chassis in 2015 and Ski-Doo released the Gen 4 that they started winning sled of the year consistently.
  20. Agreed. I let go of all brand loyalties while ago, but I do still pick on brand bashers. Also, I've had some great Cat sleds that did well, so I'm grateful of that. Cat's new Catalyst is going to be a great, maneuverable, light, edgy machine with alot of potential. For high elevation/mountain riding they will need to put on a small Turbo eventually. Cat said they had more room to fit a bigger displacement engine but wanted to keep the overall 'lighter then the 600' theme. Which will be great. I could see them making a Catalyst Thundercat, and compromise this balance by putting in a 900cc Turbo and making it just work the best they can. The 858 Turbo is most likely in some early state of development, the big question is how Cat will get the parts. Like their deal with Garmin, they may just partner up instead of building a snail assembly themselves.
  21. He just can't help himself. I'm pretty sure he wacks off to pictures of Lizzo.
